Description
As a Product Manager, you will be directly involved with the growth and innovation of Fluent's proprietary ad serving platform with specific focus on Machine Learning and data analytics products. You will be responsible for building out our "Smart Serve" product roadmap which will utilize real-time data to drive performance for Fluents' advertiser inventory.
You will work with teams across multiple functions, specifically engineering and data science, in order to research, plan, and create product features using the latest machine learning and data modeling technologies. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to own and grow a product category that will become one of the foundational components for the future success of Fluent.
What You'll Do
- Create product requirement documents in order to work with design and development teams to bring products to market
- Research and collect business use cases and be able to communicate them to stakeholders
- Market research to understand the competitive landscape and emerging new technologies
- Collaborate with teams from multiple business units and maintain a holistic understanding of how they all funnel up to the overall product goals. Create and maintain a product roadmap
- Create opportunity assessments for major product decisions
Requirements
- 6-8 Years of product management experience
- Experience in Machine Learning Technologies and Data Modeling
- Has led the development and implementation of products end to end
- Ability to clearly communicate with peers, managers, and senior leadership both written and orally
- A willingness and excitement to learn and challenge yourself
- Creative with the ability to innovate and originate ideas
- Ability to problem solve
- Technical understanding of engineering languages and data models
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience with product related tools for creating mockups, tracking tickets, and project organization

- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience working in digital advertising

Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
